The Watt Collectors Association is a non-profit educational organization, dedicated to the study and preservation of this unique segment of the pottery world. Members of the association receive the quarterly publication, Watt's News, in January, April, July and October. This newsletter contains informative articles on all aspects of Watt Pottery, written by members with many years of collecting expertise. Articles include the latest unearthed details on the pottery's intriguing history, information covering individual pieces and patterns, human interest stories, a classified section, and much, much more!
The Association also sponsors an annual convention at which members can buy, sell, trade, and display Watt Pottery and Watt-related wares. The convention, held in late spring, features a banquet, speakers and presentations including election of Officers in even-numbered years, and a pottery auction. Only WCA members are offered the privilege of ordering ONE (1) of the "WCA Convention Commemorative" pottery replicas during the ordering period specified in the newsletter which are distributed at the convention (or shipped, thereafter).
